| How do I make a booking? |
| You deal and transact direct with the Property Owner, we charge no booking or other fees. The Property Owner can send you further information about the apartment and let you know the price and availability and how to confirm a booking. Many apartments can take credit card details by phone or fax and some will refer you to their own website where on-line bookings can be made. |
| Where do I collect the keys? |
| Where there is a reception or porter the keys will be collected on arrival. For other apartments the Property Owner will make alternative arrangements, usually you will be met at the property when you arrive. |
| What are the types of apartment? |
| We list three types of apartment, Private Rental Apartments, Apartment Complex and Serviced Apartments (ApartHotel).. |
| What are Private Rental Apartments? |
| This is the name we give to self-contained apartments, studios, houses or villas that are located in residential area. These properties are fully furnished and fully equipped. Private Rental Apartments can either be serviced or non-serviced. |
| What are Serviced Apartments? |
| Serviced Apartments are self-contained, fully managed apartments that are serviced and cleaned regularly by the operating company. There are usually a number of apartments in the same building, in many ways like a hotel (Apart Hotel). |

| An Apartment Complex is the name we give to buildings or blocks that offer multiple self-contained apartments. |
| What is the security deposit? |
| The security deposit is required against damages and will paid on check-in. It will be refunded if there is no damage made to the property or contents. |
