| You can rent the apartment either per month or per night. Low-season (November 1 until March 1, except Holidays): month 1250; per night: single 75, double 85, 2 singles 95 Euro. High-season (March 1 until November 1 and Holidays): month 1350; per night: single 85, double 95, 2 singles 105 Euro. Rates are all-in. Arrangements with extra beds can be discussed (children or extra person). January/February 10% extra winterdiscount.

| | The Jordaan is a lively, picturesque, authentic, safe and friendly neighbourhood, scattered between and around the Amsterdam canals. It is just off the noisy commercialized tourist zone but with everything right on your doorstep: small streets and squares, tree-bordered canals, loads of monuments, a variety of small restaurants, bars, terraces and all sorts of shops (amongst which supermarkets, bakery, eveningshop, laundromat etc.). There is a streetmarket around the corner every Saturday (also organic food) and Monday (also fleamarket). The Central Train Station is only a 10-minutes-walk away. You can get everywhere easily by foot but if you prefer also by public transport.
