| | In the summer there is a sun-deck outside with chairs, table and parasol to enjoy the activity on the river or canal.
| | The entrances are a hatch with stair and is not suitable for handicapped people.

| | The private houseboats A and B are a fully furnished house on the water for maximum 3 or 4 persons. They have a living room with fully equipped kitchen, one 2 person bed-room, and 1 or 2 person can sleep on the bench-bed in the living-room ( open kitchen ) There is only 1 bath-room with shower + toilet + sink.

| | The houseboats have central heating, normal drinking water and electricity.
| | They have large windows (much daylight) through which you have a beautiful panorama view over the canal. In the summer the trees in front of the houseboats carry beautiful blossoms.

| | Because of town-rules city Counsil Amsterdam concerning renting apartments on private houseboats you have to sign at arrival a rental-agreement which will be sent to you for approval before you agree with the definite reservation.
