| | "Flat on the Green” provides bright, spacious, well appointed accommodation consisting of a 21 foot bay windowed lounge, open plan dining area,DVD player and television. There are two good sized double bedrooms, one of which can be used as either a twin or double room. One bedroom has a fitted wardrobe whilst the other has a free-standing mirrored double wardrobe. The fully fitted kitchen has an integral electric oven and hob, micro-wave oven, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer and breakfast bar. The modern, partially tiled bathroom has a tiled floor, bath with electric shower, wash hand basin, large mirror and shaving socket. The hallway has two large cupboards providing additional storage. The property is double glazed and has oak laminate flooring throughout complimented by rugs in the lounge and bedrooms. There is private residential parking on street.
