| It's situated in the calm, residential street "Rue St. Vincent de Paul". All the buildings in this street were built about 1890 in the typical Parisian style "hausmannien". At the end of this street, which is only 800 metres long, you'll find the church St. Vincent de Paul and the park Franz Liszt.

But the railway stations "Gare du Nord" and Gare de l'Est with their six Metro lines and about 26 bus lines are just 5 minutes on foot away form this flat. If you arrive by train in Paris, you won't even need a taxi or the Metro. If you arrive by plane, the station "Gare du Nord" will be the shuttle's first stop in Paris.
