| The property is situated in a three-storey high building that was built in 1826, in a very characteristic street called Via Laurina.

| Via Laurina is a sidestreet off Via Babuino, the famous rome street that leads from the Spanish Steps to the Piazza del Popolo, and which runs off Via del Corso on the other side, the most important shopping street of Rome.
