| | Situated at six Minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower Gardens, in a quiet street, between rue de Grenelle and rue St. Dominique, only a few steps from the Invalides, and its gardens leading to the splendid Pont Alexandre III, the Petit and Grand Palais and the Champs Elysées. Situated in what is, most probably, the safest area in Paris but at the same time lively with plenty of trendy shops, restaurants, delicatessens etc.. at three minutes walk form the rue Cler, well know as one of the best food market street in Paris. One hundred meters from the Underground station La Tour Maubourg, where also taxis can be found or called from at all times.

| | The KITCHEN with large window overlooking another patio is fully equipped with washing- machine, fridge-freezer, cooker, oven, fan-extractor, toaster, boiler-jug, pressure cooker, blender, micro-wave oven, with all necessary pots and pans and crockery.
